Refund policy

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days without stating a reason. The returns period commences on the day on which you (or any third party named by you who is not the forwarder) have received the goods.

To exercise your right, you must notify us (VULP'S TOYS SRL, Str. Sperantei 271, 617335, Podoleni, Neamt, Romania, info@vulps.eu) by post or email of your decision to return your purchase.

If you return goods, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, regularly within 14 working days from the day we received the returned merchandise.

If you have opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to reimburse the additional costs of the more expensive method. Vulps will reissue payments on the same payment card used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Please note that if you return goods to us, you will be responsible for paying all costs incurred for the return. The customer shall send back the product with all accessories, if reasonably possible in the original packaging, and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur. Returns are only possible if the products are in unused state.
