Shipping Policy

Shipping dates mentioned on the website are a realistic indication based on agreements with our suppliers. It could occur that for some reason these expected shipping dates can not be met. 

Vulps will do everything in its power to meet these shipping dates, but can't be held responsible for any consequences that might occur from changing shipping dates. The date of arrival at your home depends on how busy the postal service is.

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days without stating a reason. The returns period commences on the day on which you (or any third party named by you who is not the forwarder) have received the goods.

To exercise your right, you must notify us (VULP'S TOYS SRL, Str. Sperantei 271, 617335, Podoleni, Neamt, Romania, info@vulps.eu) by post or email of your decision to return your purchase.

If you return goods, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, regularly within 14 working days from the day we received the returned merchandise.
