🌳 Our wooden animals are made from maple and painted with certified non-toxic water-based paint and pure linseed oil. Skilfully shaped like bears, these three wooden toys are based on the principles of Steiner education. The Waldorf toys are meant to teach the name of each animal, its shape, size, color, where it lives, and what it eats.

It is an excellent toy for developing imagination and creativity through open-ended play.

Encourages parents to play with their child and ask him questions: Where does this animal live? What do these forest animals eat? How big or how fast are they? What color are these woodland animals?

📐 Sizes are:

- the Mama Bear is 8.5 cm tall (3.35 inches);
- the sitting bear cub is 4.5 cm tall (1.75 inches);
- the standing bear cub is 6.5 cm tall (2.55 inches);

Care Instructions

Gently clean the toy using only a clean, moist cloth. Please, do not use disinfectants or hot water. Allow to dry at room temperature.

Processing & Delivery

Normally, we process each order in between 1 and 3 working days.

But, orders for the following toys take around 5 days processing time, so we thank you for your patience:

- Piklers and rockers;

- The Farm House dollhouse;

- The Sunken Ship Dollhouse  

After processing, we ship with FedEx Express or with DPD Express in Europe. The delivery time in Europe is usually 3-4 business days, to the US, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong 5 business days, and Australia and New Zealand 5 - 7 business days.

What you need to know about our toys

All products are handmade.

Our toys are inspired by the natural environment and influenced by the Waldorf or Montessori pedagogies.

The wood we use comes from sustainable forestry holdings.

All our colors and oils are certified according to EN 71 and CPSIA/ASTM 963 toy safety standards.

We care about our planet. We pack our toys in simple cardboard boxes or jute pouches that can be recycled or reused.

Knots, patterns, and rich grain colors are part of the natural beauty of wood and are not faults. Larger toys (rainbow stackers, for instance) are cut from a single block of wood, and you'll often see the same features continuing through the various pieces. These unique variations are proof of quality, not defects.
